Haus am Hochwald has 13 rooms, including two single rooms (14 m² each with a balcony), a large family room, and 10 double rooms. Most rooms feature a terrace or balcony with views of Bocksberg mountain; comfort rooms do not. Standard Plus rooms (24 m²) are on the ground or first floor, with the first-floor room including a balcony. Junior suites are on the first floor, feature a balcony overlooking Bocksberg, and accommodate children with two armchair beds. The family room (suite) is on the ground floor with a small terrace and includes two double rooms. The holiday apartment, a few meters from the main building, has a bedroom (two separate beds), a kitchen, a living-dining area, and a terrace; guests have access to the swimming pool and sauna.

Breakfast is available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The holiday apartment is not inclusive breakfast.

Haus am Hochwald has a 10.5-meter indoor pool open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The sauna is available for private use per room/family for one hour daily, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests can access a children's playground, hot tub, and mini golf.
